 Designed for reliable and consistent distillation, the EKSEL Pot Still is suitable for the production of arak, spirits, essential oils, and other distilled products. The system can be heated using either electric heaters or gas and features a double-jacketed vessel with biothermal oil circulation to provide uniform heat distribution and eliminate localized overheating.

Equipped with an automated PID temperature control system, the pot still continuously monitors the product temperature, biothermal oil temperature, and vapor temperature to ensure precise process control and maximum distillation efficiency. The integrated 4-meter stainless steel coil condenser provides efficient vapor cooling and high product recovery.

To preserve the traditional character of distilled products such as arak, the system incorporates a removable copper vapor filter that helps reduce sulfur compounds while enhancing the final aroma and flavor. The fully sanitary clamp construction allows quick disassembly for cleaning and maintenance, while all product-contact parts are manufactured from SS316 stainless steel to ensure durability, corrosion resistance, and hygienic operation.
